Return & Refund Policy

Carus Fragrances is happy to provide the following return & refunds policy:

Returns

In order to return merchandise, you must first contact us and return an RMA number. You may return any unopened merchandise (except Skincare and Haircare items), at your cost, in its original condition, including original packaging and packing slip within 30 days of receipt and you will receive a full refund less shipping and any gift wrapping charges. Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we unfortunately can not offer you a full refund or exchange.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Any shipping cost you incur to return the product to us will not be refunded.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, and should appear within 7-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable for undelivered, unclaimed or returned packages, unless we made an error.

We do not offer refunds or exchanges on Skincare or Haircare items due to health reasons. Please make your selections carefully.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
